Eirtech Aviation Services Launches Range of Connectivity Solutions

Eirtech Aviation is delighted to introduce our range of highly innovative Connectivity Solutions to the market.

We have developed a number of cost effective Connectivity Solutions for all commercial aircraft types which are available with excellent lead times.

Passenger USB Power:

Allow passengers to charge their portable electronic devices during the flight. Installation of a 2.1A USB port onto existing aircraft seats under a minor modification. Multiple installation options available depending on customer requirements. 

Cockpit USB Power:

Allow flight crew to charge their EFB device during flight. Installation of a 2.1A USB port into the cockpit to power Tablet Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) Devices. 

Fixed Tablet Mounts for Electronic Flight Bag (EFB):

Mount EFB tablet devices extremely robustly and easily in the cockpit in comparison to alternative solutions. Adaptable for multiple aircraft and tablet types. The mount design allows for simple and fast installation of this very popular solution. 

Wireless IFE Systems:

Installation of a Wireless IFE system on board to enable inflight wireless streaming of media content, duty free shopping and any other airline specified requirements. All hardware, engineering and certification provided in one convenient package. This is an extremely cost effective alternative to fixed IFE installations and provides airlines with an additional way to generate revenue during all phases of flight.

T-PED Testing:

All testing equipment, engineering test plans, approvals and certifications provided. We make T-PED Testing easy for our customers. We are currently completing T-PED Testing for two of Europe’s biggest Airlines.
